Meet the Team

Founded in 2017, our team members each bring a certain skillset and experience – from Fortune 500 to startups, from mass global consumer moments to B2B trade shows. The founding partners have been integral to launching and growing brands across tech, retail, cannabis, fashion and more.

WYD has M’Offices (mini offices) in Seattle, Los Angeles and Denver. Understanding that keeping costs down is critical for companies of all types, each founder works out of a shared workspace with teams of 5-8 (depending on location). Our M’Offices are also a great way to find new team members and to learn from other companies and individuals. We provide support across all areas of marketing – either on a 360 integrated basis or for one off projects.


Our Founders

Kari Brua

Kari Brua

Kari brings nearly 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing expertise. She leads strategic planning, budgeting and integrated campaigns for multiple agency accounts while managing internal integrated account services teams for each client, including marketing, public relations, social media, paid media and analytics.

Kari has a successful track record of planning and implementing award-winning programs that not only build brand awareness, but also generate leads and drive brand loyalty across a variety of verticals including food and food ingredients, health and wellness, tech, finance, building products and higher education.

Ray Mark

Ray Mark

Ray brings over 10 years of experience working both agency and client-side for leading consumer and B2B brands. With a mix of creative, strategy and activation expertise, Ray’s integrated campaigns have been recognized with several industry awards.

His marketing skills were refined at global ad agencies in NYC. Financially responsible for budgets up to $1B/year, Ray has worked across a wide range of clients and industries.

Ray volunteers for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and NYC Gay Men’s Health Crisis (GMHC). He currently lives in Seattle with his husband of 15 years and their 13-year old rescue dog, Sam.

Jen Little

Jen Little

Jennifer is public relations strategist with a passion for helping brands engage with key audiences. With two decades of communications experience, she has worked in a variety of industries including retail, food & beverage, restaurants, sports and consumer technology.

Jennifer honed her skills at Ketchum, Edelman and MWWPR, developing brand building campaigns, media events, and citizenship programs for household names. Jennifer also served as Director of PR for Pizza Hut, responsible for external communications for the chain’s 6,000 company-owned and franchise stores in the U.S.

Jennifer also lectures at the University of Texas at Arlington and is the founder of the Little Hands Book Bank, a non-profit book sharing center.
